Preparation to sell this home started with Act Two Home Staging’s comprehensive consultation, including some furniture rearrangement and editing. Next was the contracted work. The faux painted walls, wallpaper, and borders were removed and those rooms were painted. The mirrored walls in the family room were taken down. Some of the carpeting was replaced and some was torn up to reveal the hardwoods. The dark green sink in the bathroom was reglazed in white. Some borrowed contemporary accessories like area rugs and artwork were added. The results: One very happy client whose house sold in 10 days!
